Our method

Every idea is born from a different spark. Every project is different from another. This is why we begin our work by listening to your needs and interpreting your requirements, both those stated and those that we are able to identify and define thanks to our Experience. Hospitality, personalized design, flexible production, and rigorous testing are the pillars
that underpin our work ethic.

OUR WORK PHILOSOPHY

First of all, we listen; No request is the same as another.

Listening and analysis

We listen to your needs to create the best solutions for your goal together.

The client as a partner
It all starts with your needs. A technological challenge, a complex problem or an innovative idea: we support you at any stage of your project.
Active listening
Our engineering Team is able to interpret your needs and suggest the best paths, sometimes hidden to your eyes.

Custom design

When we say "tailor-made design": getting to know the partner, analyzing the characteristics of their implementation,
share their objectives to create a tailor-made technological synthesis.

Design well to produce better
We believe that good projects are built through clarity of thought and rationality of approach.
But also by pushing the imposed limits and designing alternative, unprecedented scenarios. This is why we have always invested In the development of our design Team: competent People who are constantly In CONTACT with production. We anticipate problems rather than suffering from them.
We speak your language
We are part of your world, sharing the same challenges. We grasp the quality of your designs and adapt to them to enhance their features and maximize your investments.

Production

We carry out the entire production process directly In-house, from industrialization to packaging. We adopt the most advanced standards and use cutting-edge machinery to guarantee the maximum reliability of our products.

We invest to give you the best
Intea constantly invests to update quality standards. Efficiency, in-line controls, optimization: together with our know-how, these parameters guarantee our prompt response to the needs of a constantly evolving market.
We never stop your production
Even when setbacks occur, we do not give up. We do everything we can to never stop our customers’ production. It is our priority.

Testing and assistance

Our products are constantly subjected to rigorous In-line testing throughout the manufacturing process. In addition, every single piece undergoes 100% end-of-line testing according to a control plan designed based on customer requirements.

Results under control
We design and build fixtures internally to perform functional tests: this allows us to respond to our customers’ needs effectively, flexibly, and rapidly.
In circuit test
We have automatic machines, both bed-of-nails and flying probe, for In-circuit tests that we use to test 100% of our production.
